The Leg Up Project are a FREE health and wellbeing service for anyone that works, lives or under a service that operates within Leicestershire. We provide adventure therapy, educational wellbeing packages and 1 to 1 support to individuals. The only inclusion criteria is to be 18+ and live within Leicestershire.

The National Lottery is supporting The Leg Up Project from 2024 - 2027. This three year grant is allowing The Leg Up Project to carry on existing!

The NHS supported The Leg Up Project to run for FREE to Leicestershire for 12 months from 2023-2024.

FOUNDER
Kev Bland is the founder, director and CEO, he created the project in 2019. He is a former Royal Marine Commando, University Lecturer, Mountain Leader and author.
1 to 1
support
For anyone engaging with our programs (courses or adventure therapy), we offer 1 to 1 support, coaching, mentoring and counselling. Sessions are typically 30 minutes to 1 hour long with you taking control of what you want to explore, talk about and manage.
There are no minimum or maximum sessions, no agenda, no fixed slot, no judgement and lots of positivity!
